ABOUT ENVIROFLUX EnviroFlux is a privately-held company based in Gainesville, Florida. The company was founded in 2005 by entrepreneurs Jared P. Kennedy and Matt Tilman and technology inventors Dr. Kirk Hatfield, Dr. Michael Annable, and Dr. Suresh Rao. The PFM technology was developed at the University of Florida (UF) in 1999 by Hatfield, Annable, and Rao. EnviroFlux, LLC secured the exclusive license from UF to commercialize the technology in 2005.
